Our firm, BODEJ INVESTMENT LTD, is a household name in the procurement and supply of refined petroleum products to Nigerian market. BODEJ has been in the business since 2009 and we have successfully cultivated robust relationship in the supply chain across the demand and supply spectrum. We import and supply products to big-name end-users/retailers and undertake wholesale supply to major oil marketers in the industry.

We are currently expanding our sales and depot operations team and as such we are seeking driven and resilient individuals to join us.

Job Title: Sales /Depot Representative -

Location: Lagos

Job Description
• We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in petroleum related products
• Coordinate all activities relating to truck programming, loading, trucking –out and data collation at the depot in conjunction with Depot Manager
• You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for all potential clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities
• Outline, present and sell the value of our products and services that can benefit our customer needs
• Identification, qualification, pursuit and capture all sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Performing cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in oil and gas sector

Requirements
• B.S/B.A Degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Sales /Depot Representative
• 3 years’ work experience in the sales ATK, AGO, DPK, PMS (Bulk and Retail)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ oil and gas and depot intricacies
• Knowledge of workings/operations of DPR, PPPRA, NNPC, NUPENG,NPA e.t.c
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales petroleum products
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
