Dear fellow,am aving problem wit my iphone,
I tried deleting some pics from it bt couldnt so i reformatted it in the settings menu
after reformatting, it didnt boot, now i dont knw wat to do, pls help me out if u av any idea.

install the latest firmware

@Dragnet,is nt even on at all, it only shows dat baited apple icon, can u pls help me out.

What you gonna do is just connect your system to the internet. Plug your iphone, lunch itunes, then press and hold the home and sleep bottom untill a restore mode appears on your iphone screen. On your itunes, a dialog box will appear prompting you to restore your iphone. When the download is done, the phone will restart itself several times in the restore process. When you are done, i'll guide you through the process to jailbreak the iphone and install cydia. I think the latest firmware for iphone 2g is 240MB AND 3g is almost 260MB

wat ever u do, don't upgrade to firmware 3.1.3. U won't be able to unlock your iphone; at least for now (for ever??)
