Just sent this mail to delta state ministry of lands and survey...hoping for a miracle cause 9 years no be beans


"My name is XYZ, son of ABC, whom a plot of land, housing a building nearing completion, was requisitioned by the state government under Gov. Uduaghan, with the promise of a payment to the tune of over 4 million naira. Sir, it has been over 8years and we have not been paid as was promised. I know the state government under the amiable Gov. Okowa is not one of promising and failing. PLEASE, whatever can be done would be highly appreciated!''
