Position: Child Carer/Head Minder The carer will be supervised by the Nursery Head QUALIFICATION: SSCE / GCE , NCE MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : at least 3 years EXPECTATIONS: 1. Should be available everyday 2. Be in charge of babies personal belongings e.g. toys, diapers 3. Ensure the babies are properly cared for 4. Be able to observe babies’ physical and social development 5. Mature and experienced in taking care of children 6. Be strong, full of energy( resilience and stamina required) 7. Have social understanding 8. Love babies 9. Be very warm 10. Be very patient with children 11. Should be able to relax 12.
