Jeez,can people just read an article before commenting, they did no stop you from spending your money on these items,it just banned the use of ATM cards for these transactions. These are the areas where a lot of fraud occurs frequently because of the easy use of cards. If your card were to be stolen ,its harder to trace and mostly likely all your money will be used in paying for such items easily and without trace.
