Following the demolition of Eke-Ukwu market that KINGSLEYIWU.com.ng earlier reported this morning, there have been serious chaos in Douglas Road, Owerri after one of the people protesting against the demolition was shot dead by the police squad that escorted the demolition team and the victim that was shot dead is a male minor.

They were protests against the demolition by the people who said the market have stayed too long to be brought down.
