Our client, a mid-sized hotel located at Ikeja requires the service of an experienced and elegant lady for employment as a Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Taking customer bookings.
• Invoicing & taking payments from customers & organizations.
• Updating customer’s bookings & information.
• Calculating & filing relevant tax information & returns
• Communicating with other key hotels for referrals & commission
• Reporting with the use of Microsoft EXCEL

Requirements:
• Must be Honest, Loyal & Respectful.
• Ability to get on with all levels of staff.
• Must be neat & well presented.
• Must have excellent social media skills, i.e. face book, Twitter & the rest.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Must be numerate & able to do basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be highly organized.
• Geared towards providing excellent customer service.
• Must be professional at ALL times.
• Must be attentive to details & have ability to work on own initiative

Educational Qualification: SSCE/OND/NCE
Salary: N30,000/month
