Water scarcity has a huge impact on food production. Without water people do not have a means of watering their crops, livestock consumption and, therefore, to provide food for the fast growing population. According to the International Water Management Institute , agriculture, which accounts for about 70% of global water withdrawals, is constantly competing with domestic, industrial and environmental uses for a scarce water supply. In attempts to fix this ever growing problem, many have tried to form more effective methods of water management and one of it is construction of a large water tank.

At Devtek Tanks, we solve water storage problems faced by farmers. We construct ranges of tanks from Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) Panel Tanks, One Piece (GRP) Water Storage Tank, Braithwaite-Like Steel Panel Tanks and Stanchion/Tower Construction. We utilise Computer Aided Design to guide foundation design and construction, giving specification to steel stanchion design for elevated tanks and plinth (raft foundation) to support ground reservoir depending on capacity required.
