Does the FIRS even have the authority to chase hotel guests away impromptu without any written warning or caveat pursuant to that action pasted on the wall to guide such guests
The hotel guests should sue immediately for compensation

I totally agree, as FIRS will file a counter-claim in interest and penalties. If people do that lawyers will get more money and our laws will be enriched.
