A reputable Tech company in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position of an IT Service Delivery Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT services and solutions, including IT Support staff across different locations.
The ideal candidate is also expected to have a solid foundation in the technology business and should be able to advice on the best IT solutions to meet business goals while upselling, and ensuring customers renew services as and when due.

Qualification/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related science or Engineering course (A Masters’ degree will be an advantage)
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 apps and services
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Mandatory Certifications; MCSA, MSCE, ITIL (Intermediate or Expert level), all certifications must be recent and valid
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft products; Office 365, Active directory, Dynamics 365, Azure etc.
• Must be knowledgeable in IT service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement
