Is Windows 10 Eating your data like this guy below?

I have a problem with the process svchost(netscvs).exe eating up my data when am connected to the internet. How do i stop this?
Note:
OS: Windows 10 creators update 64bit.

Windows update, BIIT, anti-virus update, automatic UWP apps update, auto driver update all disabled.

I've noticed from experience with Windows 8, 8.1 - especially Windows 10 that Microsoft will find a way to waste your data no matter what you do.

I'm not selling anything yet. Just want to gauge interest in this topic.

Would you be interested in a guide that shows you how to stop Windows and other applications from eating your data?

Would you also want to know how to stop pointless updates, telemetry, data collection services... from eating your data.

Do you want the ability to detect when other processes or apps, start eating your data? To not only know which exact program(s) is eating your data. But, also be able to stop or limit how much data they can use with the click of a button.

Finally, do you want to stop Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other sites... from finishing your data with auto-playing videos, sounds and heavy graphics?
