I have a young brother who wants to apply for admission to a federal university, but just one thing is disqualifying him, He is going to be 16 by December. I know have posted something like this, but with his impressive waec and jamb result, they said he should try his luck.
I am against him doing and told him to focus on other things he can learn, but he wants to try.
I just want to ask how strict are federal university with this kind of age especially UNILAG.
