Thanks for the observation. I guess those properties are not really those of Roxbury Homes, Lekki. There are many other estates with similar structures. In fact, we have another property that looks exactly the same as those of Roxbury Homes.
The guess is that, those who are marketing these same properties for #35M don't really know much about it. We can confirm this because, personally, this writer was there on Friday 6th Jan. with a client for inspection of the Terraces and Semi-detached duplexes and that was the price the estate management tabled. Thanks once again.
