Location : Ikoyi, Lagos.

CustomMall is seeking a Customer Service Personnel to join our Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Team plays a vital role in being the first point of contact with our teeming customers who we handle as uniquely as possible. All our customers crave personalized products and services; and our Customer Service Team is the first embodiment of our ability to provide those uniquely personalized services.

Our Customer Service Team utilizes several tools to effectively engage our customers. These include Calls, Facebook chats, IG Chats, Twitter Chats, Website Chats, Whatsapp Chats, Emails, Text messages among others. The Customer Service Personnel will be responsible for responding to all customer enquiries, updating customers about the status of their orders amongst others. Also, the personnel will draw up a workable process flowchart for the Customer Service processes and also a report schedule to detail activities on a regular basis.

This position will require adequate training on all our machinery, customization processes and also deep knowledge of all of our products so as to effectively respond to our customers.

Requirements
 At least an OND qualification.
 At least 1 year of experience handling Sales and/or Customer Service.
 Excellent spoken and written English.
 Very familiar with handling engagements on the major social media platforms.
 Able to work quickly and independently with minimal direction.
 Is extremely organized and detail-oriented.
 Has a working knowledge of a PC, is technically savvy and able to adapt new technologies.
 Is ready to embark on training and sensitization on our processes, technology, equipment and products.
 Displays effective time management skills necessary to meet deadlines.
 Serves as a valuable team member in a fast-paced environment and takes appropriate actions for decisions.
 Can effectively liaise with different customers (Individual and corporate customers).
 Is able to effectively relate with and give detailed operations reports to the CEO.
