A lot of Youth disappoint me with the way they think that there is a manual to succcess. There is no manual to success. There is no guarantee that what you learnt in school can land you a white collar job but there is a guarantee that what you know can make you a greater person or a legend. Question is: are you applying it?
We must change these mentality that going to school is solely for the purpose of getting a job. I repeat that we really must change these mentality that going to school is only for getting jobs.
Seriously, we must change it. School educates, teaches, enlightens, opens your eyes and moulds you to be an independent individual.
You come out of school, hoping to work in a private or government organization established by a human being like you. Cant you establish your own? What if everyone sits at home, waiting for already made jobs, do you think you would have any need to seek?
Have you ever wondered why first class materials work in companies owned by third class materials? Have you ever wondered why graduates work for people who never attended school? Creativity!
