A Real Estate firm based in Lagos urgently need to fill the following vacant positions.

1.  Head of Sales - (Management Executive)

To lead all sales and audience activity across all
platform and provide strategic, practical and creative direction, plans and actions to successfully manage the impact and value of the portfolio of service.

Qualification: B.Sc.in Marketing, M.Sc. /MBA Management/Marketing would be added
advantage. 

- At least 5 years CORE experience in Sales managing real estate sales and extensive knowledge in the development and executing sales strategies.

2.  Electrical Engineer - (Management Executive)

To work on projects from the initial brief, through
the design and development stage to the testing and following the project through right up to
implementation

Qualification:

§.  HND/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;

§.  Full membership of the Nigerian Society
of Engineers or internationally recognized
professional institution such as the Institute
of Civil Engineers (ICE), NIOB. 

§.  Registered with COREN.

§ Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in
building/commercial offices/homes
