I even gave my new supervisor my number and I asked him to call me so that I will save his number, he called me and it rang once in his phone and showed busy but it never rang in my phone. I checked my phone setting but I think all is well.

I don't do techno phones so I don't. think I know where it is exactly. try drawing the notification panel and check at the status bar shortcuts if you can see anything like blocking mode or call block, blacklist or open the call settings and check their if you can't find then backup your files and hit the restore button.

Throw that phone inside third mainland bridge. After that enter any slot you see and take another phone of your choice. Thank me later.

Check your phone must have been set to block incoming calls or you've blacklisted your callers.

Mine does that too but that's only when I put my phone on 4G network.. Check if ur network is on 4G or probably on Auto. just change to 2G/3G

Check your fone for CALL REJECT, you must have activated it.
