The role of a Facility Manager currently exists in an insurance company.

Job Description

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness

Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Allocating and managing space between buildings and make decisions about leasing of Office spaces.

Qualification:

B.Eng in Civil Engineering or related courses
3-5 years of practical experience as a Facility Manager
Must be smart with good communication skills
Keen attention to details
