i swear i feel that guy die! it happened to me too, but the phone i wanted to buy was a Sony Erickson w550i. the guy gave me the phone in a handkerchief, he said he did not want people to notice that he was selling the phone because he will have to give them their own cut from the money. In summary he gave me a dead alcatel phone. Once beaten twice shy. I went there in about a month later and some one else tried to pull the same scam but i paid him half of the money and went home with a new brand Sony Erickson p990i!!! how cool is that!
