Position/Title: Marketing Manager

Pay Scale:

Reports To: Management

POSITION SUMMARY:
Marketing manager position responsible for marketing plans, strategy and implementation, brand promotion, customer relations ,product knowledge transfer to distributors and biz to biz marketing.
AGE : Between 28 -36 yrs


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals
2. Prepare and coordinate company product programs, pricing, and marketing materials
3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual product sales forecasts for scheduling and inventory.
4. Product positioning, enlisting of distributors and develop plans for introduction of new products into the marketplace.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
A marketing related bachelor's degree or combination of training and experience plus 5 years ICT or telecoms product marketing. MBA a plus.
EXPERIENCE 7 years Marketing experience(5rs in ICT or telecommunications industry)
Demonstrated knowledge of telecoms marketing environment and thorough understanding of industry needs.
SKILLS AND
KNOWLEDGE Effective communication and customer relations skills.
Analytical, operational and strategic skills.
Experienced at delivering presentations and public-speaking
Ability to obtain information from a number of different sources, quickly extracting the key points
Sharp customer focus
Creative with the ability to take ideas from concept to implementation
