It just occured to me to share how i drastically cut of the roofing expenses i had on my 3 bedroom flat. Its about using Palm tree to roof. I had more than five quotations for the planks need to roof the three bedroom am building. The quotations I got ranges from #190,000 to #230,000(Excluding workmanship). This contained only the roofing planks.

I later had an engagement with palm tree which is regarded as the strongest, ever lasting and the cheapest planks you can ever be approached. I got everything i used there at les than #90,000 which i still have more than enough planks left over after the job has been finished. You will never believe that those planks are from palm tree after it was professional trimmed and cut to sizes. Workmanship was #40,000(Including the logging and roofing sheet finishing)
