Here are 5 red wine-based cocktails that can bring out the Tyrion in you:

Sangria Liqueur

Who talks about red wine without mentioning the Sangria? Tribute to Spain for showing the world to this fruity ecstasy. With the right amount of fruits, brandy and sugar, Sangria Liqueur brings you into a new light of knowledge.

What you need:

1 1/2 litres red wine
1 cup sugar
3 – 4 oz brandy
1 large sliced lemon
1 large sliced orange
1 large sectioned apples
How to make:

Mix ingredients together in a large container, stir, and let sit in a refrigerator for 18-24 hours. Note: The sangria is much more tasty when the fruit juice blends with the wine by osmosis rather than by stirring.
Before serving, stir again, add sugar and brandy to taste. It should be fairly strong and fairly sweet, almost like a syrup.
Cut the mixture with some sort of bubbly water, orange or lemon flavored if possibly, but plain bubbly water is fine, until it seems to have a thinner, more wine like consistency.
Serve immediately, without any garnish.
Red Wine Punch

Cocktails are incomplete without a punch. This drink literally gives your brain a knowledge “punch” – you could even come up with your own classy quote at the end of the day.

What you need:

2 parts red wine
1 part Sprite
3 tbsp icing sugar
3 tbsp oranges
How to make:

Mix large parts of icing sugar with red wine in a punch bowl, and stir well.
Add the soda, plenty of ice, and drop in a few orange (or lemon) slices.
Serve immediately with no garnish.
Brutal Hammer

From the name you should already know what you are in for here. This one will send a “slamming” dose of knowledge your way in no time. Basically, it just makes you chatter way more than you ever do.

What you need:

5 oz french red wine
7 oz vodka
How to make:

Pour ingredients into an old-fashioned glass, and slam it away.
Serve with no garnish in an “Old-Fashioned Glass.”
Six Chicks

Tyrion was a lover of women, and he won’t mind chilling with “six chicks” – you shouldn’t mind either.

What you need:

1 1/2 oz red wine
1 1/2 oz tonic water
1/4 oz brandy
1/4 oz lemon juice
How to make:

Chill all ingredients thoroughly before making.
Pour the brandy and lemon juice into a double shot glass and stir together.
Pour the Merlot and tonic water into a cocktail glass, and stir these together.
Add the contents from the shot glass to the Merlot and tonic, and serve in “Cocktail Glass”
Blonde’s Death

Fear not! No blonde is dying. Apparently, the sweet blend of red wine, cola, and rum makes you more alive than dead.

What you need:

10 cl sweet red wine
5 cl rum
15 cl cola (pepsi, coca cola)
15 cl ice cubes
