Fasting? Not to think of the great hunger after, not to think of the weight gain, but to think out from the box of self, think into tge ring of the spiritual! FASTING AND LUSTFULNESS Another importance of going without food for some time. All human fast everyday? Uhh; while at the motionlessness of rest, sleep? 6hour of sleep is rest not fasting!
