The Road X Team car event was designed to bring to the notice of Nigerians through the media the start of what is believed to be the Nigerian Car racing championship. A locally developed grassroot Motorsport program aimed at given Nigerians opportunity to enjoy Motorsport. The series is comprised of 12 teams for now, with plans for expansion. All are invited.

On Sunday 17th September, 2017 at Muri Okunola Park Victoria Island Lagos, Motor sport fans gather in large numbers to witness the launch of the Road X Team car event.

Brand of cars to be used for the sport are BMW E30 and Benz 190'

Launch held in Muri Okunola in Lagos. Race will hold in Edo State and other parts of Nigeria.
