Vacancy exists in a fast growing HMO for the position of Head of Operations

the successful candidate will:

Coordinate the entire operations of the company and ensure the entire operations are guided and executed through standard procedures.

Oversee and implement orientation and development of staff

Ensure the delivery of an overall cutomer experience and achieve a consistently high customer satisfaction levels.

Oversee and implement cost control measures and minimise waste from all operational processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory sanitation and safety rules and regulations.

Create and nurture a positive working environment, while leading by example.

Ensure all operational requirements and assignments align with and support the company brand.

Give, recieve and analyse information, formulate work plans, articulate goals and action plans.

Resolve problems, handle conflict and ake effective decisions uder pressure.

Manage entire operations to ensure consistent business continuity irrespective of external extenuating circumstances.

You should have
A Medical related degree or social sciences with HMO experience with Business, Management training.

Proven experience leading people and aiding their development.

4-5 years cognate experience in a managerial role

strong internal and external customer service skills
Excellent time, project and people management skills
A good knowledge ofcomputer, email, word processing skills.
