Urgent! A leading bank in Lagos is recruiting DSAs (Direct Sales Agent).

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that the bank’s customer acquisition targets are achieved.
Ensure that card sales targets are achieved.
Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy.
Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy
To aggressively acquire customers and achieve sustained deposit growth across the entire Retail segment
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the performance and sales activities of the DSAs for all the products
Ensure that card sales targets are achieved
Recommends changes in products by evaluating results and competitive development
Prompt resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Ensure that the bank’s customer acquisition targets are achieved.
Qualifications

HND degree in any field
Not more than 30 years old and readily available for an interview.
Minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience.
Other relevant experience ( e.g FMCG) will be a plus,
