If you can't find whatever you are looking for out there, i can help you get from the US and send thru someone coming this month.
What type of vehicle are you talking about?

Are you sure ur airflow meter is bad? You might wanna consider a used one from an accidented car (though there's no warranty on it cos its considered an electronics parts) but its much cheaper than getting a brand new one from the factory.

Even the factory almost don't give you warranty on new one also. As far as they are concerned, the problem might be in the electrical systems fault in ur car hence "No warranty"

They DO go bad, but they seldom go bad. They can last for a very long time.
