• Marketing new business opportunities
• Generate sales
• Prospect new business opportunities and structure events using a competitive menu to create additional profit, respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries.
• Meeting with potential clients
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, text messages & other social media platforms and maintain good customer service.
• Working with customers to coordinate their event, organize & manage each event from start to finish.
• Maintaining event schedule.
• Supervision and co-ordination of subordinates, Janitor, Events Attendants, Logistic/Security Supervisor and Technical Personnel which involves development of employee work schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Preparation of report after each event.
• Preparing and managing the annual budget
• Monitor the current market and communicate same to the management for necessary adjustment to reflect current market rates.
• And other duties as assigned by management.


The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Bsc/Hnd in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Public Relation & Promotion and other Social Sciences.
• Aged between 25-40 years with a minimum of 5years cognate experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skill, good interpersonal relationship.
• Must be willing to learn fast
• Good negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
• Budget awareness.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and all social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Candidates residing within, Olowora, Ojodu, Ogba, Ikeja, Magodo, Ketu and its environment will be given priority
