Her song, ‘Bodak Yellow’ moved up from number 2 to 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart

According to Billboard, Cardi B's Bodak Yellow has now moved from no. 2 to no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making her the first female rapper to rule without any assistance from other acts since Lauryn Hill’s ‘Doo Wop’ (That Thing) in 1998.

In addition to being the first solo act without a feature to hit no. 1, Cardi, after Lauryn Hill, is also only the fifth female rapper ever to lead the Hot 100 at all.
