You most likely have Gastric Outlet obstruction probably secondary to the ulcer u v bin treating.

You still have to rule out posiblity of a malignacy, depending on ur age, location and other factors.

Best u can do, go to any teaching Hospital close to you, with ur history n CT scan result, you will be treated.

Sika07:
I have been having this reoccurring abdominal pains for around one year now. Initial diagnosis was ulcer and have been taking taking recommended drugs as advised. But later I started getting constipated, nausea, gas retention and food takes way longer in my stomach. I lost weight greatly and in constant recurring pain. I went back to my hospital, had endoscopy but the doctor said it was inconclusive recommended CT scan. I did the CT scan and below is the result.

My concern now
Any advice on this will be very appreciated especially from specialist on this type of cases or anyone who has or that knows somebody who has gone through similar issue.

If you also know a proven specialist around, please recommend.

So sorry I am replying you late. I really do not know the price as it was paid by my HMO. But it is easy, just call any of the diagnostic centre's contact (mecure, union etc) and give them a call.
