What is a fact set in stone by most medical sites online is that safflower oil by itself is advertised as being on par, or similar as CLA when that is far from the truth. The CLA Safflower supplement, however, is a refined presentation of the oil. With an 80% concentration of CLA in its composition. This should make it more effective. But so far has proven to have a hit or miss effects on users, most of them related to their metabolism.

Another consideration we can expand a little is the fact that Safflower oil is not a low-calorie food.
