Hi everyone,i need help in trobl shootn a battery problem i have.I use a hp 6735s,when i try 2 charge my battery it tels me pluggd in but not charging.Dis is stil a new system, i dnt xpect d battery 2 b damaged cos am rily careful in handling my system.I want 2 knw if u all know wat mite b d prob or is it a dead batry?Pls ur posts wil go a long way.Thanx

Prob is because a particular cct in the board is faulty. U said the laptop is new. Locate the HP center and take it to them, your waranty should cover it,

@poster, check ur charger first, likely it is the cause. If not check ur battery. I once had same pro and was advice to buy new battery, after i replaced proble was still there, until i change the charger.
