Had seen this more 10 times at Ikeja, computer village. It can fly nowhere. It's just designed like a vehicle, motion like that of the tricycle. The OP was surprised seeing that...lol. Y not take a glimpse of the interior, you'll be disappointed. I'll pick a bicycle in place of it. Mind you, ain't rubbishing the brain behind it

Be patient ....the reason you see it on the road is cz this one be like plane (just like a shuttle). It needs better runway for takeoff but that shagamu road get plenty portholes ....e no work for lagos cz of plenty traffic
