Singer Ed Sheeran has lots of Loose Change after filing latest set of company accounts - earning £15 million in the past year. The Thinking Out Loud singer, 26, raked in £17.2million in sales for his company then paid himself £15.5million. Figures show he earned £39.4million from sales in three years. They do not yet include any income from his record-breaking 2017. Ed took time off throughout 2016 after years of touring and recording started to take their toll. In 2015 he had a turnover of £15million and £7.2million the year before. Ed’s accounts state: “The company would expect similar results for next year.” Sheeran signed off the accounts last week. Despite the huge turnover the firm’s profits were £10.6million, slightly down on 2015’s £11million. This left him with a £2.1million corporation tax bill. Fellow pop star Adele also had a bumper few years from sales of her back catalogue. ED Sheeran still have a Way to go to catch up Adele Earnings 1 Share
