I'm glad to introduce to you a collaboration between DIY Agrokoncept and Millenial Farmers Co-operative Society! A scheme that allows access to unlimited opportunities upon registration. This program is designed to allow youths more access to agriculture at affordable rates...

Some of the benefits you can derive by registering with Millenial Farmers Cooperative Society include;

• Access to land for farming at insanely affordable prices
• Availability of tractor for clearing, ploughing and harrowing
• No hassle for sales, the society will always find a market for your produce
• Access to Federal government intervention loan when the society is large enough
• Procurement of improved varieties of seeds from IITA in order to get optimum production
• You don't need to be available physically to be a farmer! What I term "Proxy farming" is allowed. There are farmers on ground who will take care of your farm for a payment of #25,000, which would be paid at the end of production and sales.

Rainbowgate associate is a registered LLC. It anchors the affairs of Millennial Farmers Cooperative Society, so no need to quiver!

The available lands are presently in Ode-omu, Ikoyi and Ife metropolis of Osun state. Talks are ongoing with d traditional rulers of Iwo, Ogi and Ejigbo. And efforts are being put to make the lands present in other states as soon as possible.

The scheme had been highly subsidized in order to make the start up highly affordable to members. 5 farmers can team up to secure 1 hectare of land (i.e. 3 plots per farmer).

Breakdown of the payment is presented below;
(For a group of 5 farmers on a hectare i.e. 3 plots/person... The analysis is on a per person basis)

Registration: #5000
ID card: #1000
Land lease: #1000
Land clearing (tractor): #3000
Commission after harvest: 10% of produce sale

Cooperative Registration: #5000

Commission after harvest: 10% of produce sale

NB: The analysis is seed exclusive. You'd only pay an amount commensurate to the seed you want. And you can as well bring your seed. Note that the crop to be planted should have a life span not more than 6 months.

Won't you thus grab this opportunity and start farming on a 3 plot land with a start up capital as low as #10,000... Remember that this will reduce during the second production, as there'd not be registration and ID card payment.

Yeah, you can do it by proxy if you can't be there for the mgt. But at the end of production, u'd pay an amt of 25,000 to the manager.
