Pastor Mr and Mrs Ojo who are presiding over a branch of Winners Chapel in Oyo town, Oyo State, have been accused of assaulting a lady in her home, just minutes after service on Sunday, 1st of October, 2017.
.
According to an eyewitness who was also a victim of the assault, both attackers went to the house of the assaulted lady, with another girl known as Olaitan. The three of them beat up the lady in her house.
.
They claimed the lady owed the establishment in which she worked previously, a sum of N20,000. The lady was paid the sum of N90,000 which was the wages for nine month, at a time.
.
After working for seven months, she was fired on baseless grounds. Ever since, Mrs Ojo and her husband had been threatened her. Their threats were later executed and it resulted in the injury of the assaulted lady and an eyewitness who tried to save her from them.

You are very correct. Poor reporting, and it's a fake news. The guy was there to settle a fight between the Olaitan girl and the assaulted lady, whose name was Esther. The girl's fiance who was the other 'witness' , and a press guy took the story and sent it to blogs.

He later published a retraction on his Facebook page. Sadly, bloggers publish nowadays without verification.
