You cant use that as a yardstick, they may not be ranking yet.

Hmmm, A site usually sells for 7 to 20 times the amount it makes in a month depending on several factors though.(20 is rear except the site is really good with multiple earning streams, site age, contents and traffic sources)

If his site makes 20pounds a month'alone from adsense which is like N9,000.
Then 9,000 x 7 = N63,000

180k might be too much however, i dont think 50k is much. (depending on several factors though)
