Famous Nigerian-American singer Jidenna twitted on his Twitter page to celebrate the Super Eagles victory against Zambia which puts Nigeria into the world cup Russia 2018.

Nigeria is now the first African country to have qualified for the forthcoming Russia world cup 2018, and how delighted to see foreign Nigerian celebrities already celebrating the victory.



The popular Nigerian-American singer took to his Twitter page to celebrate Nigeria while wearing the Green and White color of Nigeria for qualifying for the world cup in Russia next year, also he encouraged famous game makers to involve Nigeria in FIFA video games.




There was a time when a Reddit user wanted to name his own team on FIFA 17 ‘Nigeria’, only to find out that’s not allowed. According to this user, if you try to use ‘Nigeria’ or even similar terms such as ‘e-Nigerian’, the game will prevent you from proceeding, telling you that squad name “contains a censored word”.

Alexandra Iwobi scored the only goal that gave Nigeria victory over Zambia at Uyo.
