I again went for same test in 2015, my fertility test drop a bit with same puscells which is numerous and i was told is same infection called orchitis, i was giving drug yet i still have those pain it come and go... Until 2017, i went for test my fertility test drop further which my lab guy advice i marry before any risk cos my sperm cell is reducing due to the puscells and the infection. Pls it has been 5yrs now still having the pain but not much cos i do take herbs. I need your help i want permanent cure and relieve my fertility

Which one is fertility test? Who sent you for the test or you just went on your own? What type of test did they run for or on you? What was their finding that made them advise you to go and marry? What is the professional status of the person(s) that gave you that advise?

The above questions are just for more clarifications so as to know how to help you.

the lab man is qualified lab scientist who work with mobile in there lab. He study me he was trained and cerifty in micro bacterial study.. I went and complained abt the pain in my scrotum, and i run some test which include, hiv,urine,blood test which nothing was seen except typhoid. So he advice i took semen test which he run and from the test result he said i had numerous pus cell, that is eating or preventing free mobility of sperm. Nd said the bacterial is in my scrotum which is not easy to go cos that place is proteinous which the bacterial can grow fast. I have been taking some prescribed antibiotic which i still feel pain.

Of all the simpler things to do he subjected you to seminal fluid analysis,....... which Scientist does that for God's sake. How was it collected, where was it collected and after how long was it analysed. This is important because the place and mode of collection as well as time of analysis will impact the result greatly. You can introduce pus cells and bacteria yourself if you collect it wrongly, the motility can be affected if it was analysed late. Was there a culture and sensitivity test as well?

Who prescribed the antibiotics for you? The same lab man

My advise is for you to go and see a doctor in a good hospital and stop wasting your money with one lab man working with mobile in their lab and who also studied microbacteria.

That guy don jam quack. Even from his comment you'd know he has entered. Working with mobile and studied microbacteria .

Don't go about meeting doctors by the road side, visit a good hospital, obtain a card, be on the queue and then see a doctor, explain your ordeal to him, he may need to refer you to a specialist if need be.

stop wasting your time and money with quacks.

good day sir, I know this is a old post but I have a question for you on this, please can time delay from semen sample collection and time that the semen WaS analyze affect sperm count outcome of a semen analysis, because my husband went for a semen analysis at a lab around 9am but the lab attendant there later told us that her boss who work at govt house later came to collect the sample around 12pm of same date for the semen analysis to the govt hospital which he work

Semen should be analyzed within 30 minutes to one hour of collection.

Collecting the semen by 9am and analyzing it by 12noon shows that the lab and the staff there don't know what they are doing... RUN AWAY FROM THEM, OR YOU KEEP WASTING YOUR MONEY.
