pls sometimes i browse on my laptop using my normal line inside my modem, then sometimes during the browsing session, calls come in and as i tap on the answer button, the transmission of the call begins but i cannot hear what the person is saying neither can the person hear me, pls is it because i am not using headphone or is there a software i need to install before it can work whether through the computer speaker or headphone, thanks in anticipation of a good and prompt reply |
