Please I to get the price of a brand new 2009 prado jeep. Most of the dealers i have called have the 2010. Please does any1 know where I can get one and how much it will cost

i have one for sale, it's 8.5 million naira

If you need the 2010 model, I can give you that for N8.3m
The '09 model is very rare now, so prices on them would be scary.
Or if you might be interested in one which isn't brand new, but of standard, I could get that for you.

What is the difference between GX and VX models ?.

The GX is a 2.7L - 4 cylinder engine while the VX is a V6 engine and comes compulsorily loaded with DVD, cool box etc,

Engine size is the major difference.

Pls. confirm if the 2010 model you are offering for sale for N8.3m is GX or VX?

The GX or VX doesn't apply for the 2010 models.
For now, the 2010 models only come as TX-L which is a 2.7L - 4 cylinder engine.
The one I'm offering comes packed with reverse camera, cool box, side step board, DVD, wood grain finish, navi, leather interior, 7-seaters etc,
Not all of the come complete with all these accessories.
