We are hiring DISPATCH PERSONNEL'S to strengthen our operations department as the successful hired staff will work with tow truck drivers and monitor all operations activities then improve team productivity and meet set daily target of the company.

DISPATCH PERSONNEL shall work with tow truck drivers and Federal Road Safety Corps at each unit or sector as assigned by management.

The primary duties of the Dispatch officers are to:

Duties:
1. Take incoming calls for towing services.
2. Coordinate and dispatch tow drivers.
3. Take incoming calls for towing services that relate specifically to the laws relating to towing and impoundment.
4. Administrative and clerical duties.
5 Collate record for abandoned vehicle tow vehicles to management.
6. Daily record of operational activities.
7. Driver management.

Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of comparable work experience.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized.
Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.
Able to work under pressure.
