Excursion turns nightmare Five students of Victory international secondary school Ungwan Yelwa, a suburb in Television village kaduna south local government area of kaduna state disappeared into river Kaduna when they in company of other students were on excursion. The incident occurred Wednesday morning in kaduna about 11am according an eye witness. The source said despite the presence of the state emergency management agency, and other security agents the said students could not be recovered from the river. Soon after the students fell and disappeared into the river, a desperate man-hunt was lunch for their rescue involving the local 'sarkin ruwa' but as at the time of filling in this report (6:30pm) according to the source no sign of the five missing students could be traced

it's so sad to lose such young one's school administration was not aware of the excursion, parents were not aware of the excursion location. no life jacket for the students the organizers of the excursion need to be jailed |
