Chlorophyll-rich foods are broccoli, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, green apple, peas, celery, parsley, asparagus, cucumber, green pepper, onion, green beans, kiwi, avocado, sprouts. In general, all herbs help cleanse the intestines, prevent constipation and improve bowel movements. If you can not find any flaxseed flour in the shops, it's enough to buy some flax seeds and grind them finely. Never do a larger amount than you need for the current portion. Flaxseed can become rancid very quickly. Prepare a serving fresh every morning.
