And Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wants to make sure he keeps Kane for the long haul.

The Times claim Levy values Kane at at least £200m.

The England international will not be allowed to leave Spurs for anything less than the fee PSG paid Barcelona for Neymar during the summer.

Unlike in Spain, players in England are not required to have a release clause, so Spurs can negotiate as much or as little as they like if Real come that host Spurs tonight in a crunch Champions League group clash at the Bernabeu.
