He was serving time in connection with credit card fraud – but now he’s home.

And we hear that he wants to “talk” with Cardi’s dude Offset. It’s not clear what type of relationship Tommy and Cardi currently have – but they’ve been together since FOREVER and they DEFINITELY still have feelings for each other.
