We have vacancy for an Account Officer in Lagos State

SUMMARIZED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Preparing monthly Cashbook and Trial Balance
2. Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
3. Raising journals for accruals , prepayment and other non -cash items
4. Ensuring completeness, correctness and validity of posted transactions.
5. Management of Receivables
6. Managing Fixed Assets.
7. Managing Intercompany Accounts
8. Processing of receipts and other income transactions.
9. Ensure collection of WHT credit notes and prepare WHT schedule
10. Maintain VAT records – input and output.
11. Maintenance payment management


REQUIRED:
 HND/ BSc. in Accountancy/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/Finance.
 ATS/ACA certification will be an added advantage
 Knowledge of SAP will also be an added advantage
 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 Good Communication/Interpersonal/Presentation skills.
 Minimum of 2years’ cognate work experience.
 Excellent leadership skills
 Ability to multitask and open to positive disruption
