Hello. After upgrading dBase IV I get dbf file error: dBase fix end of file (EOF). I tried to search from google but no answer. What's the problem? What should I do? |

The file may be corrupted. Search online for dbase files recovery tools. @op, you just brought back memories. Dbase3, dbase 4, dbase 5, clipper compiler.  |

The table being accessed by G:TMEOF.PRG with the GOTO BOTTOM command most likely has a bad index. That can easily happen when an indexed table is open when a computer crashes. Determine which table it is and REINDEX it. If you still have the problem you may have to delete the tags or indexes and recreate them.
