Did you apply through their website or you dropped a hard copy. I have a friend that was interviewed last year for contract engineers position. It's quite a wonderful work environment and pay package also great.

The interview is based on your resume and what you applied for. My friend that works as a contract engineer wrote their test, passed and was interviewed based on his resume and the post he applied for. He applied as a contract engineer and currently works with them at aker base.
