Hilarious photo of a man pulling a FRSC Officer is making rounds the internet. I never knew you can civilian can arrest the officer of the law.
It was a funny scene in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state, social media sources wrote — as an angry man dragged a Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) Officer by his pants for allegedly causing an accident while demanding for bribe.

shocked

He deserves to be burnt alive not just dragged by the pants.

Instead of preventing accidents, he was busy causing one all because of a petty bride.

See as the scallywag resemble boy ajasco with the cap.
